We are thrilled to announce that John Motsco, PE has joined our engineering team. An alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University, John brings with him over 16 years of land planning, zoning, stormwater management, and engineering design experience. Over that time, John has worked on hundreds of projects throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area and has developed an expertise in providing expert testimony in zoning and development hearings. John’s skills and expertise make him a superb addition to our team as we continue to provide quality land development services throughout Baltimore. We take pride in welcoming John Motsco, PE to D.S.
