The Maryland Society of Professional Engineers held its bi-annual celebration for the newly licensed engineers in Maryland. Professionals from around the state gathered at the Engineer’s Club in the Garrett-Jacobs Mansion in Baltimore.

David Thaler was very pleased to not only chair the event once again, but to award our former colleague, Victoria Ballestero, the Young Engineer of the Year in Maryland for exemplary service and dedication to the engineering profession and the community AND to present her with her Professional Engineers license.
